Fort Bend County Levee Improvement District No. 7 is proud to announce that our recent Brazos River Erosion Control Project has been honored with the 2025 Project of the Year Award in the $25M–$100M category by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) – Houston Chapter.
This award recognizes outstanding achievement in project delivery, innovation, teamwork, and commitment to improving community infrastructure.
The project represents a major investment in strengthening local water and wastewater resilience, improving service reliability, and supporting long-term growth within the District. We are grateful to our project partners, contractors, engineers, and community members who played key roles in bringing this significant improvement to life.
