Great news! We have received approval for additional project reimbursement from TDEM! This will again decrease the burden of the cost of these projects for all our residents.
Construction for the new Stormwater Pump Station is underway. In our continuing efforts to minimize construction impact, we have received approval to build an access road along Ellis Creek. This will divert a great deal of construction traffic away from our neighborhood streets.
Construction bidding remains on hold for the Brazos River Erosion Control Project. Although we are still awaiting final approval, communication with FEMA continues to be positive.
