The Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) has embarked on a program to change the way properties are rated to determine flood insurance premiums. Fort Bend County Precinct 4 Commissioner, Ken DeMerchant, has posted a survey form and a letter he sent to our Federal and State representatives regarding details of the new rating system.
